非正式文体或语境里，介词in是可以省略的。
There is no point (in) getting into a panic about the exams.
There is no use (in) complaining.

省略用法啦  in doing sth 前面的 in 一般都是省略的  ，这种大部头字典 都已经经过这么多版了  不会有语法错误了
