Just found that several very famous dictionaries have been converted into iOS apps by a seemingly Vietnamese friend, free of charge, including OED, American Heritage, Longman Contemporary and Cambridge Advanced, though the design is very simple and the type size is a bit too small and cannot be adjustable. Those interested can have a look.
