看新闻有个黑人说她I was scary,感觉是错的
刚才看电视新闻说有个黑人报警说她看到一个男的似乎人事不省的behindthe wheel,说她似乎看到个死人的脸,接着说I was scary,感觉这个scary只能形容something,应该是I was scared? 本帖最后由 elusty 于 2016-9-18 14:51 编辑应该说:I'm scared. 如果说:I'm scary,是不是说,我的样子很吓人,把别人吓到了。

Wiktionary 第二个义项解释的很好,其他几部大型英汉词典也有提到惊恐害怕之意,似乎该义是口语用法,不那么常用:

刚才在Google上用I am scary查了一下,确实有人也问过类似的问题,答案中有个我觉得靠谱,I am scary和I am scared意思不同,I am scary是说我吓到别人,而我引用的那个场景显然应该是I am scared
