讨人喜欢的为啥是easy to like 而不是easy to be liked ?

遇到一词，likeable/likable,大体意思是“讨人喜欢的”，几乎所有的词典都给出了这么个解释的表述： easy to like，为何不是easy to be liked？应该是被动语态才对哈。讨论讨论？

不定式主动表示被动，类似结构：
在“n／pron + be + adj + to do”结构中。常用的形容词有easy，difficult，hard，impossible，nice，pleasant，light，heavy，interesting，important，expensive，cheap， fit， dangerous等。
