比较：
1、六大ELD词典中，五大词典都使用了intrepid explorer，是因为都使用了语料库的原因？柯林斯用的是travellers. 查阅Oxford Collocations Dictionary for Students of English, Intrepid常接的名词有explorer, hero, reporter, traveller，这几个行业都是勇者胜，总体来看，韦氏高阶译作“探险者”似乎更加稳妥。
2、在语域标识上，韦氏高阶最好，特别说明这个词是literary+humorous，朗文双解说明这个词是humorous，其他词典则并未加以说明。
3、其他ELD词典中，牛津高阶第四版的示例是our intrepid hero，Kernerman的示例是to face the future intrepidly（ELD词典中第一个为其副词用法提供示例的词典。）
4、查阅一些母语词典，新牛津的示例是our intrepid reporter 我们的无畏记者；韦氏大学的示例较多，接的名词有explorer, traveller, adventurers and owners；韦氏国际第三版的示例是an intrepid attitude. 本帖最后由 deeke 于 2018-1-15 13:54 编辑
