这个逗号应该没有问题，只是觉得有点怪异。

用逗号隔开引用的话，这是基本操作吧 O大是说逗号在引号内外吗？英国和美国不一样。

其实是这样的，你这么说不完全对.。

嘿嘿，我觉得怪异，是因为这貌似和汉语的习惯不太一样。
句子 1：‘I’ve got a job, ’ she announced triumphantly.
句子 2：‘I’ve got a job, ’ she announced triumphantly, 'finally.'
句子 2 好理解，句子 1 呢，对比下汉语：
句子 3：“我找到工作啦，”她说。
句子 4：“我找到工作啦。”她说。
句子 5：“我找到工作啦，”她说，“终于”。
句子 5 是生造的，句子 4 相比句子 3 ，感觉句号更正常一点。
当然，这些都是凭着感觉走，我就是记录下。

再补充一点吧，AmE关于引号和其他标点配合使用的情况。apa对于有文中标注的引文，标点的使用又有所不同，所以写成了exception。

Periods and commas
Place periods and commas inside quotation marks.
“I’m here as part of my service-learning project,” I told the classroom teacher. “I’m hoping to become a reading specialist.”
This rule applies to single quotation marks as well as double quotation marks. (See 37c.) It also applies to all uses of quotation
marks: for quoted material, for titles of works, and for words used as words.
EXCEPTION:
In the Modern Language Association’s style of parenthetical in-text citations (see 53a), the period follows the citation in parentheses.
James M. McPherson comments, approvingly, that the Whigs “were not averse to extending the blessings of American liberty, even to Mexicans and Indians” (48).
