I bought it through PayPal not playstore ,why there is no IOS version ?!!!

第一是对苹果的编程一点也不了解，第二是手上也没有苹果的手机等设备。
The developer said he had no knowledge of ios programming and he didn't have a iPhone or any other iOS devices several years ago.
