花了30米买了主题，又花了30米给楼主评分，下载了两三次下不了，每次下载又分别扣我5米，私信了楼主N次让发我邮箱没反馈。是没有任何反应啊。本来几十米也就算了，可是，我是个穷人，攒点米不容易。希望各位管理员出面还我米。最起码换我60米。能把无法下载的几次扣的米还我就更好了。

Yes, this is exactly the right position for discussing and reporting the problems you encounter on pdawiki forum. You can follow the post of other people when this post contains some topics related with the difficulties that really concern you, and of course you can open a new post for stating your trouble in detail. Both are all right.
