汉语口语里面有个插入语“我说”，我感觉比较相似。我感觉“我说”的用法主要有：
1） 用于话语开头，表示开始一段对话，尤其是预计对方对该话题没有心理准备的时候。例如在安静的情境下，告知对方自己要说话了，避免突然出声说话，使对方来不及反应而引起的不适：
我说，你昨天去抓药了吗？
2）用于话语结尾，作用与1）相似。突然引起一个话题后，加上“我说”，以舒缓语气，给对方以反应的时间。潜台词是：这话题有点突兀了，你慢点说没关系。
3）用于话语结尾或中间，表示不耐烦或者生气。例如，对方喋喋不休地说一些无理的话，或者说一些此方不想听的话，用“我说”来打断他，进行反问，或者引入新的话题。
