以自己的财产作抵押以获取贷款或保证履行义务的人称为抵押人。
抵押权人，是指对债务人享有债权，并在债务人不履行债务时得就抵押物优先受偿的人。抵押权人就是受抵押担保的债权的债权人。 抵押权是由债务人或第三人就其提供抵押的特定的财产所设定的物权。 翻译很简单，因为只不过是对 受抵押人，和抵押人的界定而已。翻译可以参照中文对那两个词的界定。

这2句结构一样的。都是定语从句修饰one。 第一句to whom 是吧介词to放到关系代词前面。 One to whom a mortgagor gives a mortgage to secure a loan or assure performance of an obligation is referred to as a Mortgagee.第一句话少了assure 感谢各位牛人的解答
