I’m on Facebook pretty much every day, and I’m known for posting rants about food and health. One thing I’ve learned from reading the comments to these posts is that when people have strong beliefs, facts are pretty much irrelevant. And of all the things we have opinions on, we often hold on most urgently to our beliefs in what we should eat. It’s actually easier to talk about religion than food.
