憨豆特工中一句话的翻译理解不了

羡慕我们的就是 the world over，即 全世界。
the world over 是修饰 envied 的 后置状语，是比较文艺的表达方式。
一般的用法会在 the world over 前面加介词 by，其状语的形态就比较明显了。
