鉴于 Total Video Audio Converter 的转换前需要加载一遍资源文件，相当耗时间！
将论坛的一个批量转换工具做了修改，目前可以用于win10下。

在　Ubuntu 中　可安装　sox,

sudo apt-get install sox) g% V3 ]5 @( J6 t% O& M" l
sudo apt-get install libsox-fmt-mp3

sudo apt-get install speex

Warning: Speex is only optimized for 8, 16 and 32 kHz. It will still work at 22050 Hz but your mileage may vary
