純屬偶然的在遠東新世紀英漢辭典看到 seven-year itch 詞條
6 R# b* u* y6 q/ d5 Y, H6 \遺憾的是無多說明的含糊帶過且釋義應該並不是真正的原因
又剛好在 word smart for business 翻到 common-law marriage
& {8 t" j4 [- w4 W其釋義已不言而喻的闡釋其真正的原因
9 C! d4 U- X6 h; c' Ucommon-law marriage :

我也觉得是来源于美国电影 The Seven Year Itch，里面男主角读的一本精神学家的书中写道，基于15000份调查，婚后七年是出轨最高发的时期。

$ h! Y) J% u1 Z. q- ^4 x1.In England, any of various informal types of marriage ceremony given legal recognition until 1753, some of which, it performed abroad, are still legally valid.
2.Loosely, the bond between a man(common-law-husband) and woman)comman-law wife)living together as husband and wife but not legally married.

要么有合法地位，要么没有，都可以，中国人的七年之痒，现在也不一定是指事实婚姻了。
