两种写法都可以,注意 do . . . ing 限定词不能省略。

We use do in the informal structure do . . . ing to talk about activities that take a certain time, or are repeated (for example jobs and hobbies). There is usually a determiner (e.g. the, my, some, much) before the -ing form.
/ _* n# a8 X6 [9 N! j7 m# Z* B! m9 K* \! S
I'm going to do some walking . . .
. M0 T% [6 i( p, m _' s1 G& m- ~7 o; xI hate doing the ironing.
Z; R! _! g$ u, x/ J
, w: T: x% Z! C. U( W, LNote the -ing form in this structure is noun-like, and cannot have an object.
