what is html source code for this dictionary

hi, hope someone can give me a hand here...

after I added the dictionary into my mdict, I got this message : Paste the description of this product in HTML source code format here.

When I try to use this dictionary, the characters and the setting of it are very strange.
. H9 A& J' I6 e/ c# u( {Or It has something to do with this message, that I have to paste the code. But where can I find this code? Anyone has any suggestions?

The creator of that mdx was lazy. He didn't add any description to the mdx, but just leave the default text of MdxBuilder there.
