macmillian 在线在短语方面确实不错

今天听到个短语hollow ring，背景是CBS晚间新闻 on the road专栏在Orlando mass shooting后说每一次枪击案后，the congress都会起立默哀，but it takes on a hollow ring。查了几个unabridged都没有查到，结果在macmillian中有，macmillian网页在短语方面确有一套，看来是经常更新的，当然后来发现Cambridge 在线也有，
