Need a "pdb" database decryption method

I have a dictionary database in PDB format. I am curious if there is anyone who can help me decrypt its content. I plan to convert it into BGL and MDX formats for Babylon and GoldenDict respectively.

PDB is private data format of mobisystems corporation. There are no method can decrypt it. I heard that an Arab could decrypt it a few years ago. But no way to contact him.

Where did you get it.  It seems PLECO App also use PDB format.
