(a reward of 10.000 points) How to uncompress ZIM file to HTML?

I'm trying to uncompress ZIM file to HTML on Windows 10. I've tried zimDump from this post (https://www.pdawiki.com/forum/thread-38967-1-1.html)  and openzim/zim-tools from Docker (https://hub.docker.com/r/openzim/zim-tools) but to no avail.

Could you please shed some light on this issue?
