portmanteau有混血的意思（字典找不到）？还是一种修辞？

按照上下文理解，这里的portmanteau就是混血的意思，但是在字典里没有这个解释。
所以portmanteau有一个特殊的含义字典没有，还是这里是某种修辞手法？ portmanteau word

谢谢 ，是我理解错了，portmanteau说的的是chigga这个名字，而不是这个人
