看了一下新闻，你翻译的有误，二楼是正确的。后两张图的意思是“船只被船员之前从海上救回来的那些移居者给控制了”。

楼上提醒的对，现在理解了。migrants who the crew had rescued at sea.（船员从海上救起的 migrants 控制了船）
