还有半个多月就要进入下一个decade了！？

话说，前几天在网上看到一个meme，就是这个：

看完就一顿感慨，竟然都没有意识到马上就下一个年代了！
今天，偶然又看到一个西班牙语皇家语言学院（RAE）官推说，标题是¿Empieza una nueva década en 2020? （2020年开始新的年代？）他们答道说，“不，从2021年开始。”之后引用他们官方词典的解说，“每个年代始于尾数为1的年份，结束于尾数为0的年份。所以21世纪的第一个十年是从2001到2010，第二个十年是从2011到2020，以此类推。”
看到此帖，心中万匹{:11_380:}飘过。。。从来都以为一年代始于尾数为0的年份，结束于尾数为9的年份。但是心一想，莫非这只是西班牙语“与众不同”？
抱着科学严谨的态度，我查了我在pdawiki上“伸手党”得来的各大英汉词典（此处有感激~），发现部分词典并没有详细解释decade从哪个年份开始以及哪个年份结束，一下为有详细解释的词典：

以上解释来看，英语词典统一认定新的年代始于尾数为0的年份，结束于尾数为9的年份。
咦，怎么西语和英语的词典对decade理解有出入？
抱着打破沙锅问到底的态度，我又查了网上，看见quora，reddit上都有人提过类似问题，如2020年代始于2020还是2021？

挺多“2021党”的，主要论点就在于公元没有0年，而是公元1年开始的，这样每个decade都应该从1开始，0结束。确实很有道理~
最后看下人见人爱的喂鸡，里面确实提到这个问题的争议性：
There is currently an ongoing argument whether the "new decade" will begin on January 1, 2020, or January 1, 2021. According to the widely-used Gregorian calender, the 203rd decade will begin on January 1, 2021, as the first year was the year 1, not zero. 自以为是的搞个take-home message, 各位看官自行分辨：

[*] 当decade作为序数使用时，比如现在我们正处于第二百零二个十年，又如二十一世纪的第二个十年，这里的十年应从2011年开始，到2020年结束

decade好像还没国际标准。喂鸡上对本贴问题这么写的：

1700是17世纪还是18世纪？
据我所知两种说法都有，但赞成是17世纪的多一些，因为没有公元0年，所以1世纪是公元1年-公元100年，以此类推。
