时间过得真快啊，马上就要到2020年了，感觉2015年才没过去多久。。。
话说，前几天在网上看到一个meme，就是这个：

( s. e* J  ~0 Q/ a9 W! @今天，偶然又看到一个西班牙语皇家语言学院（RAE）官推说，标题是¿Empieza una nueva década en 2020? （2020年开始新的年代？）他们答道说，“不，从2021年开始。”之后引用他们官方词典的解说，“每个年代始于尾数为1的年份，结束于尾数为0的年份。所以21世纪的第一个十年是从2001到2010，第二个十年是从2011到2020，以此类推。”


看到此帖，心中万匹飘过。。。从来都以为一年代始于尾数为0的年份，结束于尾数为9的年份。但是心一想，莫非这只是西班牙语“与众不同”？

ISO 8601标准，从周一开始。
decade好像还没国际标准。喂鸡上对本贴问题这么写的：

据我所知两种说法都有，但赞成是17世纪的多一些，因为没有公元0年，所以1世纪是公元1年-公元100年，以此类推。
