时间过得真快啊，马上就要到2020年了，感觉2015年才没过去多久。。。
话说，前几天在网上看到一个meme，就是这个：

今天，偶然又看到一个西班牙语皇家语言学院（RAE）官推说，标题是¿Empieza una nueva década en 2020? （2020年开始新的年代？）他们答道说，“不，从2021年开始。”之后引用他们官方词典的解说，“每个年代始于尾数为1的年份，结束于尾数为0的年份。所以21世纪的第一个十年是从2001到2010，第二个十年是从2011到2020，以此类推。”

抱着科学严谨的态度，我查了我在pdawiki上“伸手党”得来的各大英汉词典（此处有感激~），发现部分词典并没有详细解释decade从哪个年份开始以及哪个年份结束，一下为有详细解释的词典：

当decade是说1980s或80年代时，那个十年从1980开始，到1989结束 当decade作为序数使用时，比如现在我们正处于第二百零二个十年，又如二十一世纪的第二个十年，这里的十年应从2011年开始，到2020年结束

decade好像还没国际标准。喂鸡上对本贴问题这么写的：

5 c# k: ^  K/ T0 @1 E5 W/ @4 s据我所知两种说法都有，但赞成是17世纪的多一些，因为没有公元0年，所以1世纪是公元1年-公元100年，以此类推。
