天地无穷期，生命则有穷期，去一日，便少一日；富贵有定数，学问则无定数，求一分，便得一分。Heaven and earth has a limitless life, but a person does not. With each passing day, one is a day closer toone's departure from this world.
A limit exists for the wealth a man can acquire, but not for knowledge. Everytime he learns something, he adds to his store of knowledge.
