My understanding is that she's felt more confident in herself since she's pregant and the knowledge of her pregnancy is known in the company.
A real person, a more substantial person, mean the same idea. She's being funny about herself. She feels before that she was invisible in this company, like part of the furniture, that her bosses and colleagues paid little attention to her and her existence.
Again, it's pure speculation.
Pan. 我理解in the markets指的是主人公所在的投资市场这个领域 赞同楼上的解释 I agree with Turati on the second floor of this thread.
"In the markets" should be a reference to the field she works in, and at that time "the markets" happen to be quite "exciting", adding more excitement to her getting pregnant.
But to be 100% sure, you'll have to ask the author herself. :D

我理解是有关系的，主人共的意思或许是任务怀孕这件事使她成为一个更为真实、实在的人，因为她有了肚子里的孩子，所以她不再是一个人了 pan 发表于 2020-11-26 09:08
