My understanding is that she's felt more confident in herself since she's pregant and the knowledge of her pregnancy is known in the company.

我理解是有关系的，主人共的意思或许是任务怀孕这件事使她成为一个更为真实、实在的人，因为她有了肚子里的孩子，所以她不再是一个人了
