希拉里最近谈到她曲解FBI director关于她的E-mail的言辞时说I am short circuited，结合语境来看倒是很能用汉语中的“头脑短路”来解释，但我却没有查到该adj的确切含义，而且short circuit的一系列定义也推不出这么个头脑短路的含义来，大家如何看？
