这个应该是个新收录的词，Oxford, OED, AmericanHeritageDict, Webster's New World, Vocabulary.com, Merriam-Webster Collegiate都没有收录。

在线的这个应该是 Merriam-Webster unabridged收录的。

21世纪大英汉词典 bicommunal

21世纪大英汉词典有收录

2003年1月第一版

李华驹的 21世纪中型英汉词典；2005年4月第一版，收录了该词

陆谷孙·英汉大词典第一版收录了该词； 1989年8月第一版
当代英语新词语词典=高永伟陆谷孙编；2002年12月，外语教学与研究出版社；收录了该词。明明《英汉大词典》第一版都收录了，为什么还收录到这本词典里。有点搞不懂。

bicommunal 一词，手头资料显示：时代杂志，Monday, Jun. 12, 1978 在一篇“The West's Ragged Edge” 中就出现了：
In essence, the Turkish plan calls for a "bicommunal, bizonal" federal government for Cyprus with two legislative assemblies dealing separately with the domestic affairs of their respective populations, and jointly with external affairs and defense.

时代杂志：Monday, Nov. 28, 1983；The Reversible Republic By Spencer Davidson，也出现过了该词。
"We are looking for a bizonal, bicommunal federal republic," said Turkish Cypriot Foreign Minister Kenan Atakol.

bi+communal 对母语人士，估计不会有辨识难度。所以原版词典编辑迟迟未肯收录吧。个人猜测而已。呵呵。
