Traditionally due to should be restricted to adjectival use; hence, it should usually be followed with a to be verb. In that sense due means attributable. 2 {% I/ x/ Q- ~7 h' _9 m% l5 v1 E
, t; J3 @; y( J: M. A9 D; C- due to modifies a noun (you will probably need a to be verb for it)
