在最新一期TE-国际板块看到一句话：China’s efforts, along with the travel restrictions that many countries have imposed on its citizens, have slowed the virus’s progress.
我感觉应该是：many countries have imposed on their citizens，many countries是做整体的话就另说了...或者是想表达出“各自的”这层意思吗？

这指代的是中国公民。即：many countries have imposed the travel restrictions on Chinese citizens.
