Kakapo 是一种鸟，原先数量很多，现在濒临灭绝了。what's been 这里的完成时我觉得用的很有讲究，为什么没有使用过去时，或一般现在时呢？

2） 在Vocabulary.com上查 charismastic 这个词，会有这样一句话，

(1)应该是现在完成时和最高级的连用；表达出一种回顾过去的感觉？

但是为什么用 has ？其它地方都是用复数。我觉得应该用 have， what have been ...
