1、别人回答了你的问题，你没有任何表示：既然是求助（当然，你又在玩揣着明白装糊涂的把戏，对于这个把戏，你真是乐此不疲），那么别人回复了，你的问题到底解决了没有。
2、如果解决了，你是不是，出于礼貌，应该对别人表示点什么？
3、而现在，你悄没声地把自己主贴又换掉了，让别人的回复都变成了无的放矢
4、你做这样的事情已经 for the umpteenth time, so many times that I have lost count
5、你觉得这样做很有意思吗？

尚未就tariffs达成一致。这是个比较形象的说法，比如EU这边就某项商品确定的关税是25%，美国确定的是50%，这两个number就不一样了。

就是形象地说欧盟和美国没能就关税和解问题“达成一致”——毕竟谈判这事儿只有双方加码对上了才能成交啊！

11、本来嘛，奇文共欣赏，疑义相与析。论坛的交流，大家都应该是真诚的、有礼貌的，如此，其结果才能是愉快的，mutually beneficial的。
如果憋着要来考一考，甚至愚弄别人来显示自己高明的心态，那恐怕也有违论坛交流的初衷吧
12、这个论坛里，至少我看到的英语水平比阁下高的就有不少。应该也有不少人早已看出了阁下揣着明白装糊涂的把戏，哈哈
