# Z& C! `% s4 a) LSometimes English speakers will say "Ok, I'll give you 5g for that car"; g meaning "grand", slang for 1,000; so 5G is 5,000 dollars. But I wouldn't say it's common to say "5m perday" for "5 million per day". It's perfectly understandable when you have read the entire context, though.
