看到 Global Times上写了 at the Capitol Hill, 感觉不对，查了下CNN，用的是 on Capital Hill
那个建筑的标准的叫法是 the United States Capitol, 别称是 Capital Hill, 因为那个地区叫Capitol Hill,
所以这个所谓 "国会山” 成了一个专有名词，应该是不需要加the的吧，
