我当时也在纠结到底是orders还是society,再来一个that,直接看晕了！

如果说derived前后成分性质要一致的话，即两个order的对比，那么whose可以指代它前面的orders of every civilized society，后面说的 every other other可能是指uncivilized society了，你对照上下文看看意思能不能说得通

没有uncivilized society啦。所以应该是说three orders
