那上文中的“used to”是这两个意思中的哪一个呢？

这里的used to 就是 2楼所说的那个意思，Ah used to express surprise, pleasure or sympathy, or when you disagree with somebody. Ah 用来表达惊讶，愉悦或者同情，或者用于你不同意某人时。
至于used to在这里的发音，可以参考longman pronunciation dictionary.
