前辈们好，以“ah”在oald中的解释为例：

我知道 “used to”是 “过去经常” 的意思，“be used to”是 “习惯于” 的意思。

那上文中的“used to”是这两个意思中的哪一个呢？

8 M, V, j3 K( ~还是说这是动词“use /juːz/”的过去式"used /juːzd/"？所以这里的“used to”应该读作 /juːzd tu/吗？

这里的used to 就是 2楼所说的那个意思，Ah used to express surprise, pleasure or sympathy, or when you disagree with somebody. Ah 用来表达惊讶，愉悦或者同情，或者用于你不同意某人时。
至于used to在这里的发音，可以参考longman pronunciation dictionary.

used to还有第三种情况，即used是作为use的被动语态形式的过去分词而存在，读作/juːzd/，to是跟在used后面的动词不定式的符号。显然，在这种情况下，used和to并非一个整体，而是相对独立。你所列的句子，就是这种情况。
