原 opencc-python 包在 python3 里装不了，有人说要整什么 distribute_setup.zip, 某*sdn上居然有人50 个点卖这个文件 ，买者跟帖还说没有用。

想着说不定有网友也在折腾繁简转换，希望有人看到可以节省一点时间。
