这里我主要对discover后面宾语从句的结构有点懵。我看解析说，ways后面的所有内容是修饰ways的定语从句。那ways在其定语从句中作什么成分？省略的关系词又是什么？

这里不理解the wrong way作什么成分？像是副词修饰成分“不当地”，但没有任何介词，有这样的用法吗？词典找了半天也没找到。。。

楼主这个关于way的问题提的很好。是英语学习者非常容易“知其然而不只其所以然” 的典型知识点。

查了下Pratical English Usage 中的way词条，头两条释义就瞬间解决了楼主的这两个问题。

我们发现经理们往往没能意识到这些潮流正在以并不显著但却意义深远的方式影响着消费者的渴望、态度和行为。

这么翻译是很通顺的，但翻译后的汉语中“意识”后接宾语的是“这些潮流”，而非“方式”。

these trends are ... 开始皆为定语从句部分，先行词是ways。
! `0 z3 |. A0 N) X& n这里是way等少数词才有的特殊用法（可以省略in which，而其他先行词不能这样省略）
注意in which中的in是介词（实际应在定语从句中，但是被前置了），which才是定语从句的引导词（即关系代词），在从句中作in的宾语。

8 s9 ^0 L' @) |, y9 p9 R9 e我没有更多的上下文，就纯根据楼主的句子来分析。“these trends are influencing consumers' aspirations, attitudes, and behaviors”是用来修饰 ways的。什么样的ways呢？在这样的ways里， consumers' aspirations, attitudes, and behaviors are influenced by trends.

- x; s4 c7 E. p: w至于ways是翻译成 方面 还是 方式，我觉得不重要，大概其能理解句子的意思就好了。

其实我最近看到的文章都提倡学习英文时要尽量避免想中文，而直接去想对应的场景或意象。因为一旦要拐弯到中文再理解，大脑反应就慢了，就永远无法达到或接近母语者的水平了。
