2016.2.27 两处错误
1. 词条： slang
usen应该为used in
2. 词条：representation
delegaton应该为delegation
1. 词条：wise
描述：curriculumwise中间应该分开，即： curriculum wise, 虽然PDF与词典一样。因为查了所有的词典均无此词。
2. 词条：prominent
描述： wellknown 应该为well-known,估计处理原PDF时错误

下载后在Windows xp中测试可以安装，而且也带一个词典，不知道与这个Word Book Dictionary 什么关系，是不是可以参与用来校对。

这是关于其中Dictionary的帮助说明：

To open the dictionary
?If you have an article on screen, double-click on any word to open the dictionary at that entry. You can also double-click on any word in a dictionary entry to pull up its entry.

?If you want to look up a word that's not on screen, open the dictionary from the Main Menu or from the Control Panel.
OR
?Drag and drop a word from any article onto the dictionary control.
1. Select any word in an article by moving the cursor over the word while holding down the left mouse button.
2. Hold the left mouse button down again and drag the selected material onto the Dictionary control. Release the mouse button and the dictionary automatically opens to the appropriate entry.
You can also drag a word onto an open dictionary window.
To view a description of the dictionary features, place your cursor on the picture below and click on any region where your cursor turns into a hand.

根据说明和初步试用这个词典的范围应该也不算小，至少这个百科涉及的单词都查到，所以随意查了不少平时学的词基本都有。
在本坛中看见有人问这个词：punch line查了一下，发现内容与楼主发的校对版中内容是一样的，例句也一样，如果有人能分析提取一下是不是可以做为一个校对源。
也试了楼主提过的swan发现内容一样，就是缺图
在关于beijing的内容中有涉及政治的内容有照片，还好词典中没查出相关词条
WBD2015中查得到taiwanese，但查不出Taiwan
World.book.encyclopedia 2011 DVD中自带的词典测试结果：
1）词典内容选中后可以用快捷键ctrl_C复制出来（把窗口拉大些）

与楼主的WDB2015校对版比，少了词源和同义词学习两部分，主要义项一致。
还要楼主的WBD2015版内容有个小问题，要素间空格或缺少分隔符，复制到文本中可以看到比如象词性和义项挤在一起，义项间没有空行分隔，如果要复制后再利用的人需要再手工排，而World.book.encyclopedia 2011 DVD中自带的词典中复制出的文本基本分开，只要断行即可再利用。

formal形容词第6个义项"having to do with the for not the content"对照WBD_old应为"having to do with the form, not the content"
